1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing games and applications published by Basavaraj Studio (including GridBlast: Jewel Puzzle and related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our applications.
2. Limited License & Permitted Use
Basavaraj Studio grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and play our games on compatible personal devices solely for personal entertainment and non-commercial purposes.
3. Virtual Items & Boosters
Games may feature virtual currency (such as gems) or gameplay power-ups (such as hammers, shuffles, and lasers). These virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are licensed on a personal gameplay basis. Virtual items obtained through rewarded advertising or in-app purchases are fulfilled directly on your local device.
4. Intellectual Property
All game mechanics, graphical assets, visual designs, sound effects, trademarks, and codebases associated with GridBlast and Basavaraj Studio are the proprietary intellectual property of independent developer Basavaraj and protected by applicable copyright laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Our applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we rigorously test all code for zero-latency 60/120 FPS performance, we do not warrant that gameplay will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free on every conceivable hardware configuration.
